Siwak / Miswak

Abu Hurayrah narrated that Allah’s Messenger (PBUH) said: “If I had not found it hard for my followers or the people, I would have ordered them to use the Siwak before every prayer”.

‘A’ishah narrated that the Prophet (PBUH) said: “(Using) the Siwak cleanses the mouth and brings Allah’s Satisfaction”.

Aishah (رضي الله عنها) reports that Rasulullah (صلى الله عليه وسلم) said: ‘The reward for offering two rak’ats of Salah after using the Miswak is 70 times more than doing so without it.’
